WITH FULL FORCE FESTIVAL

4-6 July, 2008 : Flugplatz Roitzschjora, Löbnitz (near Leipzig), Germany

The nearest train station to the festival is Delitzsch. The festival coach is available between Delitzsch station and the festival site that takes 15-20 minutes.I was staying in a hotel that's called Akzent Hotel where was close to Delitzsch station, when I went to the festival, but why don't you camp?? Some shower rooms are at the camping site,so you don't need to be worried about them!

5th-7th July,2002-Flugplatz Roitzschjora, Löbnitz (near Leipzig)

It was an unforgettable festival as it was the first experience to go to an outside-festival for me.
Actually,I was staying in a hotel that was close to Delitzsch station since a day before the festival, but I recognized that certainly it was much better to camp when I firstly visited the venue,as it seemed everybody really enjoyed doing it! I wished I could have done it if I hadn't been there by my self....

I saw Dew-Scented as a first band on Friday. They play in summer festivals quite often, but they were playing cheerfully as usual. In fact, most bands which I wanted to see played at the first day,so I was very busy and didn't have enough breaks. So,I was watching gigs from Dew-Scented to Rob Halford at the main stage with eating and drinking sometimes.I quite wondered to see Cannibal Corpse and Hypocrisy in such early times in a festival, because I normally don't go to big ones and gigs.

It was unexpectedly warm in Germany in the day time, but I forgot paying attention to the temperature in the night time. I didn't bring any long sleeves,so I couldn't help getting the one because it was much colder than in the day time!

I moved to the tent stage while Slayer was playing,as one of my favorite band that was Behemoth would be playing there.I was there until Impaled Nazarene finished to play, and finally the sun rose after their gig!

I was exhausted because I was at the festival site during the day.I really enjoyed the gig,but what a big problem in the early morning was there was no transport to be back to the hotel. The festival coach run between the festival site and the station, but it was too early to get on it,so I just had to walk! However, it was too long distance to walk,so doing it,I was looking for a cab on the street.Fortunatelly,I caught it on the way,so at last I could go to bed!! ...But it was almost 8am though...

Although I was so tired,I couldn't sleep for long time because I needed to see Haemorrhage at the second day.It was the third time to see their gig,and I was excited because their gig had been impressive when I had seen it at first.Unfortunately, there was no picture for them in this festival as I couldn't take any of them because I was stuck on watching their gig... But there are some their pictures from another festival in Germany on the festivals section-Party San Open Air of this web site, so check them out! Honestly,I could see only Haemorrhage at that day as I was exhausted,so I got to the hotel while the festival coach was available.

At the last day,I firstly saw Immortal.
Actually, more the days went, more the toilets in the festival site became messy! Surprisingly, there was something on a toilet seat when I went there in a night!! I will leave it into your mind what something was... Anyway,I firmly recommend bringing a lot of tissues and a light when you go to the toilets in the night time in any festivals. We can't expect what will be going on...

Finally,I could see Candlemass after the midnight at the third day.Luckily, sitting on a chair ,I could see them in front of the tent stage as a security guy suggested me to do it because i was almost sick due to the tireness.Anyway,I have to say that their stage was just overwhelmingly impressive...
Fintroll was the last band to play in the tent stage at the last day.It was the first time to see them, but what i was quite disappointed is not to be able to see an original vocalist with the band, but it couldn't be helped...

The autograph session was held by many bands in each day,so check it out for your favorite ones!
