The nearest tram-stops are Stigbergstorget(line 3/9/11) or Kaptensgatan(line 3/9). You can check the transport in Gothenburg on the Göteborgs spårvägar's website(Swedish). A cloak room is available.Non-alcohol gigs are usual except a few. In stead, there is a pub at down stairs of the venue.

It's in the center of town Umeå, and next to a library. Most numbers of hotels are around there as well, then one of the economical accommodation is STF Youth Hostel Umeå. It takes about 15 minutes from the airpot to the city center by bus or taxi, besides the train station and the bus terminal are in town as well.
