Accommodation anywhere in Norway is really expensive,but there's an inexpensive hotel called Cochs Pension that is about 10 minutes away towerd the Oslo station from the venue. A kitchen is attached in some double/triple rooms in the hotel.

It's close to the Skien bus terminal. It seems this venue has been re-built as Parkbiografen Kulturhus AS. No alcohol is served in the new venue, so it would be difficult to arrange metal gigs there ?? A hotel called Dag Bondeheim is about 5 minutes away from the venue.
